Cancellation policy

Please book wisely as our cancellation policy is as follows:

There is a minimum $20 administration fee on all cabin and onsite van cancellations

All states school holidays, public holidays, easter and all weekends:

More than 14 days notice - full refund less administration fee.
Less than 14 days notice - one nights tariff will be forfeited, unless we can rebook your unit for the same period.

All other times:
More than 48 hours notice - full refund less administration fee.
Less than 48 hours notice: one nights tariff will be forfeited, unless we can rebook your unit for the same period.

No Refund for early departures.
